Debate sessions
During the three debate sessions participants are invited to discuss the subject matter in small groups.

First the questions will be explored in groups of about 10 participants.
In a second step potential solutions will be derived.
Results will be validated plenary and presented during the closing session and in proceedings of the conference.
Debate sessions are coordinated by Sadhbh Mc Carthy, director of CIES in Dublin, Ireland
