In the morning of day 2 a "snap-shot" session will be held on plans and idea's for new research and development projects. Plans for EDA, FP7, Government and privately funded projects are welcome. The style of this session is similar to the EUROFINDER conferences in the past. The session will be chaired by the R&T Director of the Netherlands MoD, Mr. Jelle Keuning. Industries, SME's and research institutes who intend to start a new project in search for partners may present their plans in a brief oral presentation and as a poster at the exhibition. Governments and other organisations in search for companies to bid on a particular requirement are also invited to present their intentions. During the snap-shot session highlights of these project proposals will be shown briefly in presentations of maximum 10 minutes and 8 power point sheets. Upon completion of these snap-shot sessions presenters may showcase their plans as poster at the exhibition. This is where interaction with the audience and potential partners takes place. After the conference abstracts and other information on the proposals presented will be made available to the relevant EDA Captech(s) and NATO RTO panel(s) for their consideration. Subsequently EDA Captech members and/or NATO RTO panel members may invite you directly for a further dialogue on the proposal. Please register your contribution using the form below. You will be contacted by our staff and requested to send us a detailed abstract and poster information. We need this information to assess your potential contribution for the session. The abstract submission rules and email address are also available on the downloads page. Abstracts can be submitted until 20 September 2011. After this deadline we may not be able to consider your proposal for presentation. On the 1st of each month the available abstracts will be presented to the programme committee. This committee will approve the abstracts for presentation. You will be notified as soon as possible. EDC2011 Call for papers proposals |
